- For feasibility, tool tip is available on every element of application.
- User can see the number of filters applied for ticket in ticket details page I.e n Filter(s) Applied.
- User can clear the filters applied for ticket from ticket details page I.e Clear Filter(s).
- User can quickly navigate to the previous/next ticket from
located on ticket details page.
- User can clear all filters at a time by clicking on
located on ticket listing page.
- We have provided export to excel facility to user in order to get a dump of all filtered tickets.
- On mouse hover of 'updated by' column for particular ticket, user can see the last updated date of that ticket.
- Refresh icon is available for reloading the tickets section.
- User can sort the filtered tickets on bases of every columns of ticket listing page by clicking on the column title.
- Whatever filters are selected are visible to user besides the clear filter icon on ticket listing page.
